For best results, use vector files (AI, PDF, EPS) for screen printing and embroidery, or high-resolution PNGs (300 DPI) for DTG printing.

  • Step 2: Send us your order details

    Fill out the form at the bottom of the page or email us at order@sustainablebettermerch.com with your:

    • product selection
    • quantity
    • design file

    We’ll review everything and send you a detailed quote shortly.

  • Step 3: Approve & receive your merch

    Once you approve the quote and print mockup, we’ll start production! Expect high-quality printing and fast delivery—your custom merch will be ready and shipped in about 2-3 weeks.

Next, you need to choose the type of merch you want to print your design on. This could be t-shirts, hoodies, bags, or any other type of merchandise. All our products are sustainable and carry many certifications.

Prepare the design for printing:
Once you have your design and printing method chosen, you need to prepare the design for printing. This may involve converting the design to a format that is compatible with the printing equipment, or separating the design into different colours if you are using a printing method that requires it. Of course, we can help you with this!

Print the merch:
Finally, it's time to start printing your merch! This involves loading the merch into the printing equipment, aligning the design, and running the equipment to print the design onto the merch.

Receive you merchandise:
After the printing is complete, we will send out your merchandise straight to your location. We only work with sustainable packaging.

    Looking for something a bit different? We can custom-make just about anything, exactly as you want it. For these custom-made productions, the minimum order quantity is 300 pieces.

    We use sustainable packaging and send out orders in certified home compostable, fully biodegradable mailing satchels partly made from plants.

  • Custom Labelling

    Want custom labels on your products? We can produce both woven & printed labels and add them to your clothing. We can also make embroidery patches, re-label all products, and add inside-neck printing and swing-tagging.

  • Webshops

    Need a webshop for your new line of clothes? No problem, we can help with that. Either you can sell your merch straight on our platform, or we can build a new website and webshop for you.

  • Delivery

    We will send your merch nationally or internationally. We can also organise your merch to meet you at your next gig!
